The MCH Board of Directors helps to shape vision and direction of the Montana Center for Horsemanship, bringing a wealth of equine, education and business-related experience to the future of the only center in the U.S. devoted exclusively to natural horsemanship.
William Kriegel – MCH Board President
A lifelong horseman, dedicated to equine education, William is co-founder of the Montana Center for Horsemanship and
founder of Haras de la Cense, Europe’s leading equine education center. A French-American, William, working with a team
of equine experts, developed what is known as the La Cense Method of Natural Horsemanship, the process by which a horse
learns with respect and trust in its human partner. This is the accepted teaching method at MCH.
Eric Hoffmann
Eric is Director of Horsemanship Education & Facilities for the Montana Center for Horsemanship and has been affiliated with the Center
in several capacities for nearly two decades. Eric is passionate about the value of horsemanship education and the advancement of both
horse and human to make the most of their respective lives. Eric holds a Master's Degree in Agriculture Education.
Margaux Kriegel
Margaux is French-American, now living in Los Angeles, where she works in Business Affairs at HBO as part of the Warner Bros. Discovery
media and entertainment company. As a lifelong horse lover who grew up with horses, Margaux believes in natural horsemanship education
as a way for people to better understand both the true nature of the horse and themselves, as well as the value of building a mutually beneficial
and lasting partnership.
David Schuett, DVM
Owner of Schuett Farms and Chairman of the Board of Frontline Ag Solutions, David is a rancher, veterinarian and businessman based in Dillon, Montana, David is dedicated to horsemanship education and long term growth of the agriculture industry. He is committed to education to support career and professional opportunities for the future of Montana youth and to enhance the Montana economy.
Clark Wheeler
A Montana native, Clark has owned and managed Norman C. Wheeler & Associates for more than four decades. The firm is a leader
in ranch and farm appraisals throughout the western U.S. Clark has been associated with MCH since its inception and believes that
education is critical to future generations and is deeply committed to the mission and vision of MCH.
